Tamar is one of the most incredible souls that I have been blessed to cross paths with. Her energy and investment in every interaction leaves me feeling fuller and lighter and happier. Her yoga classes are suitable for all levels and she provides expert guidance customised to your body. Her meditations will take you on a beautiful journey and allow you to access whatever you need to at that specific time. Her wisdom is far beyond this world and her years and something, at least, will resonate with you on a deep level. All you need to do is show up and open up and you will be forever changed for the good!

Being in Tamar’s presence leaves you uplifted and transformed. She has a genuine way about her that makes you believe you can even if you think you can’t.
In her gentle manner she helps you explore the depths of your own power, through your own vulnerability, as if being held and almost incidentally helps you reach your potential.  Anyone who can be involved in anything that Tamar runs, teaches or presents will be blessed.

Tamar is a gentle passionate teacher. I have been learning yoga with Tamar for 2 years now and she has gently and patiently guided us from beginners to a much stronger yoga practice. I love that we can see and celebrate the progress. What I like is the individual attention and focus on the correct form. I also love her spiritual input and energy into the classes it adds an extra dimension which is difficult to find anywhere else.
