YOGA RETREAT WITH JACQUELINE IVORY
Enjoy an invigorating week of yoga,
sun, sea & sand.
Morning sessions will be followed by Yoga Nidra, also
called ‘the Psychic Sleep’, a deep relaxation
technique where one is suspended in hypnogogic sleep,
guided by the voice of the teacher, while lying in
Savasana. Yoga Nidra releases deep seated physical,
mental and emotional tensions.
The complete session will be 2 hours 15 min long,
leaving you with the rest of the day to enjoy the
wonderful activities on offer in Tofo from swimming
with the Whale Shark, learning to surf with our professional
surf instructor, Kayak Island excursions, Arab Dhow
sailing trips, diving with Mantas or just chilling
on a hammock with a good book!
